Decisions as well as releases will be determined by New England Derby ownership. All decisions will be final. Proposed dates are all subject to change depending on weather. New England Derby will always do what is in the best interest of the pigeons.
“Acts of God”, are major events beyond human control, disease outbreaks, natural disasters, governmental actions, catastrophic events, terror, war or anything that makes the race impossible to continue. All pigeons will be shipped back to the breeders at breeders expense if pigeons are allowed to be shipped by the government.
Any entered pigeons that do not make the top 75 auction can be shipped back to the breeders at breeders expense. Entrant has two weeks after the final race to notify New England Derby about shipping arrangements and to pay shipping costs of the pigeon(s). After two weeks the pigeons becomes the property of New England Derby.
Any prize money won over $600.00 is required by law to provide a completed IRS - W9 form Prize money will only be paid after the form is signed and dated and sent to the New England Derby. You can find the W9 Acknowledgement form at:
