In 2021, we moved the race two weeks earlier to gain an extra hour
of daylight.

In 2020, over 88% of the pigeons that went to the activation race
were shipped to the FINAL 406 mile race!
Bands on all birds will be sealed for privacy. Pigeons will be chipped upon arrival. Youngsters will be treated for canker, coccidiosis and vaccinated for PMV upon arrival.
All necessary products and supplements will be used to ensure the health of all birds. Training will begin in mid-August.
ACTIVATION FEE: $450 per bird
Activation race will be 120 miles. After the race, the breeders will have 7 days to pay the $450 activation fee. If the fee is not paid within 7 days, the bird will be sold to the public and the new buyer will own the bird.
To be eligible for race prizes, a bird must be activated before the 1st race.
